​Hi, I’m Sophia — founder of Short Stay Virtual Assistant, and your behind-the-scenes partner for all things hosting.

If you’re here, you’re probably a short stay property owner juggling bookings, guest messages, cleaners, calendars… and maybe a full-time job or family life too. You love the income and opportunity of short letting, but the admin? The late-night questions? The overwhelm? That’s where I come in.


I’m here to make hosting easier, smoother, and a whole lot less stressful — so you can enjoy the benefits of your property without burning out.

 

 

Why I Started This Business

After working in property management over the last 2+ years and gaining my qualifications, I saw how much power there is in being organised, proactive, and reliable — especially behind the scenes. When I discovered how many hosts were crying out for support but didn’t want to pay for expensive management agencies, I knew I could help.

I set out to build a business that:

  • Supports real people with real properties (not just agencies)

  • Offers flexible, affordable, and genuinely helpful services

  • Helps hosts grow their income while getting their time back

  • Brings a personal touch to an often impersonal industry
